Tens of thousands of precious specimens and forest cultural heritage are strictly protected by a solid "steel shield" - a modern fire protection system and the high sense of responsibility of the staff of the Vietnam Forest Resources Museum.
Located within the premises of the Forest Inventory and Planning Institute, the Vietnam Forest Resources Museum is a place to preserve invaluable historical and cultural values about forests. Recognizing the importance of fire prevention and fighting, the Museum's leadership and the Forest Inventory and Planning Institute always pay special attention and closely direct this work.
The Museum regularly organizes propaganda and training on fire prevention and fighting for its staff. Activities to equip knowledge, skills in using firefighting equipment, and evacuation in case of incidents are always prioritized. Besides, the Museum invests in a modern fire protection system, ensuring safety standards. Automatic fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, water sprinklers... are always inspected and maintained regularly.
Detailed fire prevention and fighting plans, suitable for the actual conditions of the Museum, are meticulously built. Fire prevention and fighting drills are regularly organized in close coordination with professional Fire Police forces. The determination of the leadership and the sense of responsibility of each individual have created a solid "steel shield", ensuring the safety of the "green treasure" at the Vietnam Forest Resources Museum.
